    During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to the main square, just a quick stroll away, and I enjoyed the fine views from my room, highlighting the charming streets of Krakow.

    Enjoyed rich and delicious breakfasts, and spotless hotel.

    the staff was very professional and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. the room we had included a mini bar fridge, coffee/tea making facilities and a writing desk. we had a private bathroom. the service was great and the food was excellent. free wi-fi throughout the property was really convenient.

    Couldn't recommend more for a city break

    Charming hotel, spacious room, the welcome desserts were a good touch in my huge room and the excellent breakfast with both a buffet and à la carte options made my mornings enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located just 1 km from the main attractions.

    Everything exceeded my hopes.

    Great historical house with a lot of charm. Wonderful room with partial furnishings from the time of construction. Very good and satisfying breakfast. Best location. Travel with toddler worked well there too. I'm sure we'll book again.

    Very loud at night from the road and construction site. But of course the hotel can't help it.

    The breakfast was opulent, the location of the hotel in the old town very good, we had booked a double room, got a suite instead!

    Difficulties getting the tv on, but who wants to watch tv here?

    Delicious and marvellous breakfast for all tastes with beverages, hot dishes and hot options. Stylish, modern room with printer, armchairs, as example! Location very close to restaurants, another five through the train station to the central bus station and market place and surrounding areas.

    Very tasty and varied breakfast, cosy dining room, excellent location, friendly and helpful. Staff also liked our dog, we had a spacious room, family atmosphere. Will come back again!

    The quiet location, good breakfast, good mattresses

    A bit old hotel, a basic renovation would be good.but please without losing the charm. The curtains. carpets, bathrooms could absolutely use a refreshment! :-))

    Krakow vibes 🌟

    Chilled in a massive room with two separate spaces and a clean bathroom. Breakfast was a lekker spread-could order eggs just the way I like them. Plus, the location was so perfect, just a quick stroll to Old Town shops and cafes.

    They really need to sort out the noise from doors slamming late at night, it can be a bit disruptive.
